juju hat source // modern mix // monogrammed plates // hand door knob // scalloped pillow // lumbar pillow
I have been busy working on a few projects this week & while sourcing the perfect pieces I have come across a few fabulous items I had to share!
First is the Juju Hat… nothing new in the decor scene, but this Old World Shoppe on Etsy has them for amazing prices. I might finally take the plunge for our bedroom! Oh, speaking of my bedroom, our Fawn Wallpaper is on sale through next Monday!!
Next is my new go to source for all things beautiful. Modern Mix, by the oh so talented (& kind) Eddie Ross, is an amazing compilation of tips & tricks of hunting down antiques & vintage treasures from Flea Markets, Second Hand Stores & Online sources. One of the best additions to this book is the list of products Eddie uses to clean his finds & bring them back to life! So smart. I will admit, I rarely actually read a coffee table book, but I read this one cover to cover in an afternoon. I literally coulnt put it down. I would recommend adding this to your Holiday Wishlist!
Like any proper Southern girl, I adore a beautiful monogram. And these plates by Sasha Nicholas are beyond beautiful (& completely functional!). These plates can be customized by choosing your initial style & color to suit your design needs. Plus… they are dishwasher safe! Something any entertainer loves to hear.
You all know I love a quirky & unexpected element, well this Gold Hand Doorknob certainly fits the bill. I have seen similar knobs before, but for an exorbitant price tag. This set from Waiting on Martha is only $45! I love the idea of this for a small powder room…
Finally, I love finding a new pillow source. Etsy to the rescue again! Therese Marie Design has some luxe velvet pillows with gorgeous details. Something I hadn't seen before was the addition of this scalloped trim. Love!
