Last week Chloe & I were invited to a Hot Cocoa Party at Bottoms Christmas Tree Farm thanks to the crazy stylish & even sweeter Mandy from Waiting on Martha.  She has a new gig as a fab contributor over at Style Me Pretty Living & was kind enough to include Chloe & I in on the fun.  We had sweets & treats galore, took in a gorgeous winter day on the farm & spent the day with new friends like Anna from In Honor of DesignAmanda from Wonderfully Lost & their adorable kids.  Chloe may or may not have tackled Veronica (Anna’s adorable daughter) to the ground a few times in order to give her a hug.
Mandy styled up the sweetest (literally) hot cocoa spread & styled us from head to toe in Gap & Old Navy clothes.  Jessica Garvin did the chalkboard art for the shoot.  I just loved watching her work while we were all getting our make up done.
These adorable hot chocolate stirs, mugs & homemade marshmallows were all from Ticket Chocolate & I am so glad Mandy introduced me to them.  Chloe said they were “divine!”
Isn’t it sweet!?  You can find Mandy’s recipes for Homemade Hot Cocoa & Chocolate Candy Cane Popcorn over at Style Me Pretty Living.
btw… those sweet peppermint candy cane spoons are from Michaels.  I will be picking up some of those for Christmas day for sure!
While it was a brisk day with ice on the fields when we arrived, we were swiftly bundled up in cozy sweaters, adorable gloves & puffy coats from Gap & Old Navy.  All snuggled up (& still a little shy) Chloe & I walked around the beautifully classic red & white barn & up & down the rows of Christmas Trees.
If you are interested in our outfits, here are the details (of the items that are still available)
Chloe’s cool silver kicks & adorable mittens are no longer available.

Be sure to head on over to Waiting on Martha, In Honor of Design & Wonderfully Lost for their details on the day (& their outfits!)
Thanks again to Mandy for the opportunity to play dress up & to the amazing photographers behind Rustic White Photography which are some of the most talented people I now have the pleasure of knowing.  I have been an admire of their work for a while now.
Happy Monday!  x o – K
