muslin favor bags | painter's tape | rustoleum glitter spray paint | chipboard numbers | glue

Tape off each bag with the desired thickness & number of stripes. I found it was easier to tape off a row of four bags at a time.
Once taped off, spray a few light coats of the Spray Glitter directly onto the bag.
Remove your tape once dry. It may appear that there is a wet look under the tape... this is simply the excess liquid spray. This will dry clear in a few minutes.
Using any craft glue, add a few dabs of glue to the back of any chipboard numbers. You can find these in the scrapbook section of any craft store. They are self adhesive, but not enough to stay on the fabric.
Let numbers dry completely, stuff the bags with little goodies & hang anywhere you'd like.
I know it's a tad early, but if you are going to make these, you have to be ready before December 1st right?! Also, my Holiday Style Challenge for the Home Depot is up today!! We have been all decked out for a while now, so it's exciting to finally be able to share the space with everyone.
