Never Before Seen... well sorta

I had to take a few additional shots for a big announcement I should be able to share next week... I think... I hope!  And realized, I have never posted this end of our living room in it's entirety.  Our living room is like a bowling alley... Long & narrow.  So it is a very difficult space to shoot all at once.  You can even ask the professionals that came to shoot our house for Do It Yourself Magazine.  This was the toughest room!

Chloe's corner will most likely be loosing her chalkboard wall this year.  Kinda feeling like the house'o'chalkboard since we did the kitchen wall.  Plus, most of the artistry occurs in the kitchen anyways...

The brass trunk makes a perfect end table & Moe (our pothead) has been quite happy this winter.  I haven't watered his noggin once since we brought it in last November!  He'll be headed back out to the patio this spring for the big transformation.  But until then, he'll just keep soaking up the rays on a fabulous trunk.

Hope ya'll have a great day!  Off to tackle a few projects (mine & client's), the world's largest laundry pile & my two year old who is all attitude these days.

  3. I did not think I could like your house more...and then you show off the chevron curtains.

  4. I love your blog but often do yearn for more "wide-shots," like this one - thanks for sharing!

  5. I hear ya on that world's largest laundry pile! I'm doing the same thing tonight. I have to point out your pink pillow though. It's beautiful. I'm currently in an obsessive state with that particular shade of pink, and it's become increasingly hard to refrain from displaying it outside of my wardrobe.... I might have to pick up a pink pillow for my side of the bed :) I'm all about pops of color these days.
