Leopard… Are you that Wild?

Well, almost.  Leopard & other animal prints if not done right can come off looking kind of cheap.  Here are some great examples of Leopard done well.  Remember with Leopard, a little goes a long way.

A simple pillow adds just the right amount of pattern into this living room design.  It adds depth to all of the neutrals & textures.

Adding Leopard onto any accent chair instantly makes it a statement piece.  One & done!

Again, in both of these spaces, the addition of the leopard on these small scaled ottomans to a mostly neutral environment lets them act as supporting pieces to the room, not taking over the space.

I love breaking up a “set” of dining chairs with a pop of pattern or color on the head chairs.  Using the Leopard in just the inside allows for more interest.  That pop of red is fabulous too.  See how it brings in the red from the kitchen.

While I am not normally a fan of Leopard Carpet, it becomes more of a neutral in this space thanks to the amazing floral wallcovering.  Note: If you are going to mix your leopards… make sure that they are almost opposite in scale & color.  That way it doesn’t feel like you are trying to create a Jungle Room.

Subtle/ Subtle. Subtle.  I love the tonal Leopard panels set into the chair rail moulding.  So unexpected.

One of my favorite pillow sources Arianna Belle has a great offering of Leopard pillows that will give your interior that touch of sophistication.
