This week the hubs & I will celebrate our 3rd Wedding Anniversary.  In honor of our destination wedding, we celebrated tonight the way that we did the night before we got hitched…  That’s whatcha do here in the south.  We had a Crayfish Boil & oh was it tasty!
Blue Crabs, Crayfish, Shrimp, Sausage, Potatoes & Corn all thrown into our giant pot with some Old Bay Seasoning. Mmmmmmm.  Seriously messy, but seriously good.
While our dinner was Ah.Ma.Zing!  I feel I must share my new favorite cocktail with all of you.  I am a big Margarita fan.  Always have been.  But what happens when you mix a Margarita with a Corona?  Why a CoronaRita that’s what!!!

C O R O N A R I T A   I N G R E D I E N T S:

8 ounces tequila
4 ounces fresh lime juice
4 ounces agave nectar
1 Corona
Ice

In a pitcher, or a mason jar (that’s what I used) mix the tequila, lime juice, agave & ice until combined.  Add in your Corona & serve.  That is it!  This will probably serve 4-6, depending on who is coming to the party.

This is our official summer adult beverage.  If you want to make it ahead of time, simply prepare your margarita & store in the fridge.  Right before you serve, add the Corona.

Cheers!
