The Twelve Days of Christmas: Day 10... Christmas Interiors

Decorating for Christmas, or any holiday for that matter, doesn't have to be the expected stereotypes.  If you are not necessarily into Santas, Snowmen, or Elves all over your house, here are some great examples of Holiday Interiors.

I am literally obsessed with this room.  The addition of the understated greenery, simple burlap wrapped trees, the ornaments clustered in the lanterns & the cozy addition of the fur coat just make this a wintery location I want to be in this season.

Simple garland in silvery green tones, simple silver candles holders & boxwood spheres in urns make this a traditional & classic look.

Adorn your chandelier with loads of simple Christmas Balls to make a large impact.  & I am dying to know what that garland is made of...

The addition of a simple wreath completely transforms this room for the season.

A full cascading garland, simple greenery tucked into the niche, & a few placed ornaments are all this staircase needs.

Yes... these are snowmen (well a snow family) but they are made out of GLOBES!  That is most definitely unexpected.  This came from a holiday special on HGTV's Secrets from a Stylist.

Feel free to let the only Santa in the house to be the man himself on Christmas Eve... Think outside the box & let your current interior stand out this season.

Cheers- K
